Maybe good for small heads or ‘gentle’ exercise
I’ve previously used gymshark’s headbands (which I love) and was a bit disappointed. This one kept rolling off my head - if you aren’t moving around much, it might be fine but I use mine for Hyrox training, as well as reformer Pilates and it just wasn’t reliable for either.
